The acquisition is part of Braathe Gruppens plan for further growth and expansion in the cloud and IT-operations market in Norway.
Iterum and Braate Gruppen have both provided such services to private and public companies for the past 15 years. The overlapping and complimentary product and service offerings will benefit customers of both companies.
With the acquisition of Iterum, Braathe Gruppen vil have more than 70 employees and ca. 185 million NOK in yearly revenue. Braathe Gruppen has provided IT infrastructure, consulting and IT services, in addition to cloud services such as Server Hosting (IaaS) and ASP Desktop (SaaS) since the late 1980s. The company has offices and modern data centers in Oslo and Rygge (HQ).
