Qualisoft AS sold to Arribatec Solutions

Qualisoft serves more than 100 major companies in the oil & gas, health and finance sectors, as well as the public sector. The company has 40 employees and expects revenues of about NOK 67 million in 2020, with EBITDA of NOK 11 million.

The combined company is reported to expect proforma annual run-rate revenues at yearend 2020 of NOK 420 million, 33% of which are revenues from international operations and 35% of which are annual recurring revenues, as well as positive EBITDA.

The investor Øystein Stray Spetalen is the largest shareholder of Arribatec, which was formerly named Hiddn Solutions.
