Skykontoret sold to Hawk Infinity

The transaction provides a foundation for the further development of Skykontoret’s solutions and continued scaling in the Norwegian market for digital membership systems.

Since its establishment in 2007, Skykontoret has built a strong position in the digitalisation of membership organisations and civil society in Norway. The company provides cloud-based solutions for membership administration and related workflows, and is recognised for combining domain expertise with modern technology to streamline and improve its customers’ day-to-day operations.

Through the use of AI functionality and Microsoft Copilot, Skykontoret automates processes, reduces manual administrative work and improves insight into membership data. This gives customers a stronger basis for decision-making and more efficient workflows.

With Hawk Infinity as its new owner, Skykontoret gains a partner for continued growth and product development. The transaction provides the company with a strong basis for further developing its solutions and scaling the business further in the Norwegian market.
