MyKid sold to Hawk Infinity

Intutor Group will continue as minority shareholders in MyKid and be an integral part of the company’s future strategic direction. Together with Hawk Infinity, they will work to achieve the company’s vision of elevating the business to the next level and continue to develop innovative software for the preschool and early childhood sector.

In addition to the sale of shares in MyKid, the transaction encompasses the carve-out of employees and contracts from Intutor Group, which will be seamlessly transitioned MyKid. This comprehensive approach ensures a smooth transaction process, maintaining continuity for both employees and customers. Moreover, it lays a solid foundation for a stronger and more focused organization moving forward.
