Mattias has more than 20 years’ experience as CEO and founder of several technology companies that have been nurtured to the trade sale or IPO stage. In addition, he has several years of international M&A experience, including from major international transactions in both Zürich and New York.

Mattias holds an MSc in Business and Management from Uppsala University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Sheffield. He has also completed reservist training at the Royal Swedish Naval Academy. So it is hardly surprising that he loves boating in all its manifestations. But Mattias also appreciates water in its frozen state and is passionate about skiing, preferably by his cottage in Funäsdalen, in the vicinity of the Norwegian border.
