Stratema strengthens its Nordic team by bringing onboard Mattias Borg

Mattias has more than 20 years’ experience from the technology sector, including as CEO and founder of companies with a strong sales and IPO track record. He has also been an active start-up investor and advisor.

He joins us from the position of Senior M&A Advisor at Experia Corporate Advisors, prior to which he was Vice President Software M&A at the US Corum Group in its international headquarters in Zürich. He has in these roles been involved in a number of transactions between Nordic companies and international buyers and sellers. Mattias has comprehensive technology knowledge and understanding, which together with his creative and strategic approach will give him an edge in helping Stratema’s TMT clients close strategically successful deals.

Mattias holds an MSc in Business and Management from Uppsala University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Sheffield, and is also a reservist in the Royal Swedish Navy. He is a passionate skier and also loves messing about in boats.
