Jonas brings a broad and compelling background, combining analytical skills with a genuine interest in how strategic insight and technology create value.
Jonas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, where he wrote his thesis on how artificial intelligence is impacting customer engagement and digitalization in the telecom industry – in collaboration with Telia and an AI consultant. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at NMBU, where he plans to specialize in M&A, with a focus on valuation, deal structuring, and the strategic drivers behind transactions.
Alongside strong academic performance, Jonas has built valuable work experience. He currently serves as a student assistant in the finance team at the law firm Selmer, with responsibilities including invoice processing and monthly reporting. Previously, he worked as a research consultant at Orion & Partners, matching candidates and clients in recruitment processes and delivering tailored analysis and insights. In 2025, he will also complete an internship with Selmer’s FAT team (Financial Analysis and Transactions), deepening his exposure to financial due diligence and valuation.
With a background that also includes health studies and osteopathy, Jonas brings a holistic perspective—combined with sharp analytical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity. He is known for his purposeful approach, ability to learn quickly and desire to understand the bigger picture behind the numbers.
In his spare time, Jonas is committed to training and personal development. He also follows investment strategies and technology trends that are shaping the future of business.
