Vitec Software Group AB acquires Cito IT

Vitec Software Group AB (publ) strengthens its Nordic position through the acquisition of the Danish software company Cito IT A/S.

The company has a software for apothecaries in Denmark and had revenues of 25,5 million DKK and EBITDA of 7,6 million DKK in 2016/2017.

The acquisition is expected to increase earnings per share for Vitec and consolidation will begin on the transaction date.<
