Drawing on its leading IT-services expertise, Stratema has advised Spin Growth in finding a partner for Tromb to explore new opportunities for the next chapter in their successful growth story.

Tromb has over the decade since its founding established itself as a top-tier provider of business-critical digitalisation solutions, with a strong position in the north of Sweden.

As experts in digital transformation, Tromb has developed a unique design-thinking concept that combines cutting-edge technology with exceptional design and user interfaces. Today, Tromb’s 70 employees are spread across Sweden, from Gothenburg and Stockholm in the south to Piteå in the north.

With Tromb now part of Ductus, bringing the total number of employees to around 360, the group will be poised to accelerate growth and achieve their vision of assisting organisations in adapting to change and digital transformation through access to cutting-edge industry expertise.

Broviken is a reputable investor in Swedish and Norwegian professional services companies, with a focus on IT/digitalisation and health.

Stratema is grateful for the trust Spin Growth has placed in us throughout this process. We’re excited to see the synergies between Tromb and Ductus and look forward to their continued success and growth.
