Qualisoft has developed robust expertise in the automation of form and application processing, predominantly serving large organisations. With key clients such as the Norwegian Police Service, the Norwegian Tax Administration and the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, they have successfully captured a significant share of their potential market in Norway. Arribatec presents a strategic opportunity for Qualisoft to expand a partnership that can enhance and extend their product offerings.
Qualisoft serves more than 100 major companies in the oil & gas, health and finance sectors, as well as in the public sector.
The combined entity is expected to report proforma annual run-rate revenues at yearend 2020 of NOK 420 million, 33% of which are revenues from international operations and 35% of which are annual recurring revenues, as well as positive EBITDA.
“Qualisoft has a strong position in the oil & gas, finance and health sectors, and provide EA and BPM solutions to more than 100 tier-1 customers. The prospective acquisition will strengthen our joint offering. Furthermore, we see major potential in our strategy of providing Solution as a Service to international customers, alongside market-leading EA solutions.”
