Stratema and MyKid identified Hawk Infinity as the ideal partner for sharpening MyKid’s strategic focus and enhancing its operational efficiency. Hawk’s involvement is expected to not only reinforce MyKid’s position in the Norwegian market, but also to accelerate MyKid’s international expansion by serving as a strategic sparring partner.

Intutor Group will remain a minority shareholder and will continue to play an active role in the company’s future development. In addition to the sale of shares, the transaction includes the carve-out of employees and contracts from Intutor Group, which will be seamlessly integrated into MyKid. This approach ensures a smooth transition and maintains continuity for both employees and customers, while providing a robust foundation for future success.
