Braathe and Stratema have formed a strategic partnership, with an ambition of expanding Braathe’s business and ensuring stable and profitable operations in a rapidly consolidating market. The acquisition of NetClient marks the first step in this strategic expansion.
Stratema has advised Braathe on market positioning and product portfolio strategy, in addition to devising a comprehensive buy-and-build strategy designed to accelerate growth and expansion.
Both NetClient and Braathe Gruppen have provided cloud and IT services to business customers for the last 15 years. The companies have an overlapping and complementary range of services that will benefit customers of both NetClient and Braathe Gruppen in future. Following the acquisition, Braathe Gruppen will have more than 60 employees and revenues of about NOK 125 million.
