Braathe Gruppen AS acquires NetClient

The acquisition is a natural part of Braathe Gruppen strategy for further growth and expansion in the market for Cloud and IT operations in Norway.

Both NetClient and Braathe Gruppen are both players in providing such services to business customers the last 15 years. The companies have both overlapping and complementary range of services that will benefit both customers of NetClient and Braathe Gruppen as great in the future. Following the takeover of NetClient get Braathe group more than 60 employees and about 125 mill in annual sales.
