The acquisition is part of Braathe Gruppen’s plan for further growth and expansion in the cloud and IT operations market in Norway.

Stratema identified Iterum as a company offering an excellent cultural and technical fit with Braathe, and held several meetings to ensure that both Iterum and Braathe aligned strategically and culturally before initiating a formal process.
