Great Place To Work is a leading global consulting and analysis institute that has helped organisations identify, create, and sustain great workplaces for more than 30 years. The certification is based on a comprehensive survey of Stratema’s employees, who answered extensive questionnaires on topics ranging from the working environment and communication between management and staff to their pride in being part of our team and their experiences related to discrimination based on age, gender, or ethnicity. The certification is valid for one year and is renewed annually through a new survey.
