Procano AS acquires Simpleo AS. Procano have worked for more than a year to find a company and new employees who complement and enrich the new Procano. Along with M & A advisors Stratema, the choice fell on Simpleo. The goal was to find a company that matched the culture and the values Procano stands for; Being close to employees, customers and partners. Simpleo for its part has seen the consolidation of the IT market and have had a desire to be part of a larger business.
