Stratema awarded Great Place To Work certification for 2022!
Great Place To Work is an international survey and consulting firm that in the last 30 years has conducted annual employee surveys of 19.8 million employees from more than 10,000 businesses and organisations in 106 countries. They rely on research-based methods, and their findings clearly show that a supportive working environment is not only great for employees, but also good for business.
The certification is based on a survey of Stratema’s employees, who have answered extensive questionnaires on issues ranging from the working environment and communications between management and employees, to whether one is proud of working here and whether one has experienced discrimination on the basis of age, gender or ethnicity. An average rating of no less than 70% is required for certification. The certificate is valid for one year.
